We hope you are happy with your Joseph Turner order, but if not don't worry.

All the information you need about our returns policy and how to return your items is detailed below.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item from Joseph Turner, you have 60 days to return your items (7 days for clearance items) using our FREEPOST service and we will be happy to exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.

Please note, we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have had any sleeve shortening services or pockets added. Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn, except for the purpose of being tried on for size, unless they are inherently faulty.

If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer and the return causes you to fall below the offer threshold, then we will adjust the refund accordingly.

Unfortunately, our 60 day returns period does not apply to any items purchased from our clearance department. Clearance items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order if you require an exchange or refund.

1) To request a returns label, email usareturns@josephturner.co.uk with the order number, your postal address, a description of the item you wish to return and whether you would like the returns label to be emailed or posted to you.

2) Fill in the returns form that is included in the parcel we sent you and include this with your return.

3) Once you have received your freepost returns label, attach this to your parcel.

4) Take it to the Post Office. We recommend that you get a Certificate of Mailing as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
